Analysis of Needs and Characteristics of Vocational and Educational Counselling in the Tertiary Educational Field and the Job Market for Graduates
Abstract
Recently enrolled university students are facing a highly volatile and ever shifting job market which makes their predictions on how changing market circumstances influence their career murky at best. The manifold tertiary educations often demand a lot of personal effort.
The study at hand, which is conducted by abif, seeks to catalogue vital national and exemplary international experiences and to identify trends and challenges in vocational and educational counselling regarding tertiary education. For this purpose, an array of quantitative and qualitative methods are employed and recommendations based on the findings are developed.
