Project Title

Methods for Vocational and Career Orientation for Women – Refurbishing the Practical Handbook

Abstract

The handbook on methods for vocational and career orientation for women is currently being revisited and updated to better reflect current circumstances. Initially, the theory section will be enriched with new findings and it will be checked if its contents still hold up in practice.

To do so, data on gender-specific segregation and general information on the job market will be updated and new prognoses will be incorporated. The section on methods will contain 10 new methods. Last but not least, references to websites or exemplary projects will be renewed.
