ALIANZA Cooperation Management Tool for SME & Vocational Schools in Dual Training
Abstract
The project under funding of the Erasmus+ program aims to improve the cooperation between SME and vocational training centers. On the one hand, the quality of vocational training will be strengthened; on the other hand, more small enterprises shall be motivated to participate in dual trainining and will be supported.
Within the project, an online management tool as well as a guideline is developed, which is tested and evaluated in all partner countries. abif is responsible for the evaluation of the pilot phase and the accompanying research. Austria and Germany, as they traditionally have a dual training system, actively support the knowledge transfer to Spain, Bulgaria and Lithuania. Ultimately, it is one of the aims of the EU policy to establish and promote the dual training system in further European countries.
