Abstract
Published in 2009 by abif the practical handbook "Methods of Vocational and Labour Market Orientation in Multicultural Contexts" aims to provide essential theoretical and practical competences to trainers in the field of vocational and labour market orientation for implementing diversity-customized training for migrants and persons with a migrant background. The handbook is a basis for the realization of vocational orientation trainings sensitive for diversity.
However, since several legal regulations have changed since 2009 these changes, their explanation and consequences will be a substantial part of the updating of the handbook in 2015.
