Handbook and Methods Database: QualiTools - Methods for Quality Assurance in Group Trainings
Abstract
Against the background of a high number of informal feedback from educational facilities,
trainers in the field of vocational orientation as well as discussion with stakeholders in the labor
market and the great demand for handbooks, methods of quality assurance come into the
center of attention.
Especially educational managers, managers of further education and trainers in the context of
AMS measures and second labour market will be enabled to work more efficient with the
handbook. The aim is to collect, structure and prepare existing methods of quality assurance
for trainers and instructors in a way that they are immediately applicable.
Amongst others the topics of the handbook will be the quality in the secition process of
assistance, staff qualification, clients feedback and analysis of sustainability and impact.
