Project Title
Optimized assistance for mentally stressed persons in the scope of the AMS Burgenland
Abstract
The evaluation pursues the aim to survey and evaluate existing care and assistance for mentally stressed and ill persons who are clients of the Austrian labor market service (AMS).
In the center of the study will be the AMS and its options for improving their offers and assistance for this target group. However, other involved institutions and organisations will be included to the study. The perspective of the target group itself will be specifically addressed by personal interviews and questionnaire.
The study is based on quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
The aim is to optimize care and assistance offers to facilitate the clients (re)entry to the labor market.
