Handbook of Methods/Tools in Vocational and Labour Market Orientation for Older People
Abstract
Based on the handbooks already created, a handbook of methods for vocational and labour market orientation focusing on older employees will be compiled. The following topics will be covered:
• The basics of designing counselling and training and teaching methods for older people
• Methods of health promotion for older people
• Methods of information management
• Methods of activation/increasing motivation
• Methods of analysis of potential
• Methods of placement of older employees
