Profiling of Customers of the PES (Public Employment Service): Evaluation of the pilot phase
Abstract
Between Nov. 2008 and April 2009 a profiling tool specifically developed for the PES Austria was tested by three regional PES departments, namely in Zell/See, in Grieskirchen and in Vienna (Schlosshoferstrasse). The job counsellors could use the tool as a support for the estimation of their customers' employment chances. During the pilot phase the participating counselors should get an impression of the tool's usefulness and its applicability. The pilot phase was evaluated by abif.
