Info-Brochure for Senior Labour Force 45+
Abstract
The target group of this information brochure are unemployed persons and job seekers aged 45 years and older. The brochure will provide information in a very easy and plain way for the target group-specific possibilities and offers as far as unemployment and re-entry into the labour market are concerned. The essential category groups are potential analysis, career management and application, further education, job-seeking, financial possibilities as well as initiatives, networks and self-help groups in Austria. Moreover the brochure should make arguments available for senior job seekers and unemployed to be able to encounter prejudices against them by employers.
