Evaluation of the project "Trauma uns" to support women* and girls* affected by violence
Abstract
The FOOTPRINT association supports women* and girls* affected by violence and human trafficking. The project "Trauma uns" aims to improve the support offered to this target group and also to promote the further training and networking of professionals from relevant organisations. For this purpose, a low-threshold and free-of-charge offer was created with the "Kraftgarten" and networking meetings ("Trauma Cafés"). Specialist seminars and workshops on the topic of trauma/trauma education were also organised in the FOOTPRINT facilities.
To evaluate "Trauma uns", abif conducts interviews with affected women who take advantage of the support services and obtains feedback from the network organisations. The aim of the evaluation is to record the scope and effectiveness of the project components and, based on this, to identify options for action.
