Project Title
Manual: Senior Labour Force, Resources – Measures – Strategies
Abstract
The target group of this manual are older employees as well as multipliers in different private an public institutions and companies (for example: staff members of the public employment service, personnel consultants, coaches, media).
The digital handbook provides information about the labour market situation for older employees. The focus is on aspects like qualification, willingness to learn, ability and health. Prejudices against older workers by employers are discussed as well as potentials and strengths.
Moreover the manual contains measures for elderly people to remain in or re-entire into the labour market, such as measures against discrimination of elderly people, initiatives, networks and self-help groups, reduction of working hours, special vocational reintegration measures.
Finally further education possibilities and career advancement for older employees are introduced. An address and internet index and a list of literature complains the manual.
The users of the digital handbook can directly switch to the described measures and documents and are able to detect further information immediately.
